How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? Envision has a special focus on digital culture and it's something we consult on for clients. We work to streamline and optimize communications platforms and processes to make it easy to work from anywhere. We organize fun events that remote employees can participate in.

What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We have dinner get-togethers, outings to places such as the local pinball arcade, an annual summer outing and barbecue, Halloween costume contests and charity events such as our wrapping party for gifts for needy families.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We have a fully stocked ice cream fridge, snacks and drinks, pingpong and pool tables, and a yoga area. We offer personalized speakers for employees. We’re also very pet friendly.

What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? It is central to our hiring and promoting process. We believe in the value of a diverse workforce.
