All Festive Duties

Whether you're looking to find and catch Festive Fish, build a Snowman, or collect enough Festive Wrapping Paper to wrap holiday gifts for your village friends, our Festive Duties guide will help you complete all five unique duty quests, as well as detail all the unique holiday rewards that are available to unlock in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Below is a list of all five rewards that can be unlocked for completing the festive-themed duties.

Catch all five festive-themed fish found across the different regions in Dreamlight Valley to complete the Even Fish Are Festive duty.

Festive Fish can be found in the red and green-colored fishing spots. Here's where you can find all five festive fish:

Around the Christmas period, you'll find festive wrapping paper rolls scattered about on the ground around Scrooge McDuck's shop. Since you need ten rolls in total to complete the Ho! Ho! Ho! duty, you'll need to collect these over a period of a several days. As we time-skipped to collect these ahead of time, we found the most success in getting these rolls to spawn in the days before, on, and after christmas day (25th December).

Once you've collected all of the required festive wrapping paper rolls, head to a crafting bench and craft a total of 10 festive-themed presents. You can find a complete list of all present types below. Upon crafting all the gifts, hand them out to the characters around the village to successfully complete the duty.

Craft and place down a Snowman in Dreamlight Valley to complete the Do You Wanna Build a Snowman duty.

Snowballs can be found in the Frosted Heights region and when destroying chunks of ice.

Complete the Cookie Taste Test duty by making and eating three different cookie recipes. Below is a complete list of all available cookie recipes and the ingredients needed to make them.

Simply place down five pieces of festive-themed furniture inside your house to complete the A Home for the Holidays duty. These items can include craftable furniture items or those unlocked via the Festive Star Path.
